Väga hea asukoht, mugav 1. korrus, aed. Autot saab parkida maja ees tänaval, kui ka aias sees. Maja on saanud värskenduskuuri. Väga meeldis ka uus dushiruum. Hea hinna-kvaliteedi suhe. Mitmed poed väga lähedal, samuti kohvikud, vaatamisväärsused. Võtmed saab mugavalt koodiga võtmekapist ukse juurest (igal korteril enda oma). Väga hubane olemine, nagu vanaema juures peatuks (1. korrusel ongi vastavalt Granny's ja Grandpa's korterid). Võõrustaja alati väga lahke, hoolitsev. Oleme iga kord väga rahule jäänud ning tuleme kindlasti ka veel. Suurepärane kogemus!
