Private, cozy, hot tub, warm, nice location,

No wifi, even after reaching out, still didnt work, no tv in the bedroom, curtains in lounge need washing, no staff available- noone in reception the whole time we were there

There was a message on the reception door, due to unforseen circumstances there was no staff. This did not matter. As stated in the booking, the door was unlocked and the key inside. Our stay was everything we had hoped for. The hot tub was amazing, with lots of information in the welcome book, emergency numbers, places to visit and eat.

Comfortable and clean. Hot tub was great, nice and hot and private. Petrol station and shop very close, which was good. Easy check in

Lots of mud and boggy around the car and not much space to get out of car without getting muddy. Some hand soap would have been nice, even just a small bar

Beds, mattresses were uncomfortable and bedding very heavy

The hot tub kitchen and bed were very pleasant

Decking was very dirty and slippery could do with a jet wash there was no internet I was notified that it was out of their control but it was included in the price and no refund given also the major issue when I was in the hot sub with my partner the gate opened it was a member of staff I said can you give us a minute we are naked and he just continued to walk in saying I've seen it all before and he tested the hot tub and off he went this was extremely intrusive not happy and will not be returning!!
