Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist wunderschön, von einem Schlafzimmer aus, das zweite geht in den Innenhof. Die Lage perfekt, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss in Ortigia. Bar-Cafe gleich um die Ecke. Parkieren im Innenhof hat geklappt, auch das self check-in unkompliziert.

Die Küchenausstattung sollte erneuert werden. Bei der Kaffeemaschine lauft das Wasser aus, der Wasserkocher war total verkalkt und es war „schmudelig“. Vor dem Haus war eine Baustelle, die Hafenstrasse wird erneuert, wird vermutlich auf die nächste Saison fertig sein, wer weiss. So leid es uns tut, aber diese Wohnung würden wir zu diesem Preis nicht mehr mieten.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie przy samym nabrzeżu. Bezpieczny parking. Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Bardzo przyjemnie urządzone, wygodne łóżka, ładna pościel. Wszystkie udogodnienia na dobrym poziomie.

Remont drogi pod oknem. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo się skończy i już wszystko będzie idealnie :)

La proximité des différents lieux d’intérêts. Les visites que nous avons faites via la marche! La disponibilité d’un stationnement. Les instructions pour se rendre à l’appartement étaient très claires.

Muy buena ubicación sin tener que entrar con el auto a Ortigia, tiene estacionamiento para dejar el auto y te moves caminando desde ahí. El departamento muy completo y con lindas vistas

La calle estaba en obra asique no lo vimos en su mejor momento

Parking on site and great location to Ortigia.

If you are tall, it’s easy to bang your head on the spiral staircase trying to get to the washing machine and downstairs bathroom.

L’emplacement est pratique et proche de tout . La vue sur les voiliers est jolie ! Le propriétaire est accommodant et gentil , il nous a changé dans l’appart 2 chambres vue voiliers .

Les photos booking induisent en erreur car l’apart une chambre à coucher a une vue partielle sur le côté et le séjour très sombre .
