El apartamento es muy bonito, en planta baja. Todo muy limpio . Las camas son cómodas. Dispone de parking justo al lado. La situación es privilegiada, con vistas al mar y a pocos minutos andando de la famosa isla Ortigia.

Proche ile Ortigia et appart bien aménagé et agreable dans l'ensemble. Avec garage. proximité plage.

accès un peu compliqué idem pour se garer mais gérable le cadre extérieur est une résidence très défraichie qui fait pas rêver. EOS propose 3 appartements. Tous n'ont pas une vue sur Ortigia.... Matelas pourris... Le propriétaire vous demande de payer une "city tax" le dernier jour en liquide dans la boite a clef et sans facture...Alors que Booking a déjà prélevé la taxe de séjour...L'escroc ne m'a même pas relancé 24 h plus tard...

"Generally not a top experience for the price"

We book a 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 adults, 2 nights. Apartment in central location that allows to reach out all touristic spots, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, equipped with laundry room. New apartment graciously decorated, blackout curtains that allow to sleep very well. Parking in a close area inside of the building perimeter. Poor Cleanliness has been flagged in other comments, there are replies flagging not positive feedback as subjective, I’m uploading pics of all the findings to avoid interpretation subjectivity.

The sofa bed in the ground floor was not suitable to sleep as it has metal spirals hitting the body a good quality topper could help, we slept in 3 the second night. Cleaning deserves a general revisit, mood in the shower drain, mood in the wash machine gummy smelling bad, dirty in the wc cover, not clean dirty baskets, old towels smelling to humidity, coffee machine not clean, freezer with sand. Internet had sone intermittent malfunction, dining table and chairs with capacity for only 4 persons. Overpriced considering that sleep comfort and cleanliness was not optimal.
