Seppur l'appartamento sia stato ristrutturato non da molto tempo, al nostro ingresso era percepibile un forte odore di umido, ritengo, dovuto alla scarsa circolazione d'aria. Le pulizie sono da migliorare. Manca qualche utile accessorio tipo: attaccapanni, porta asciugamani in bagno, almeno da integrare una padella in cucina (meglio sarebbe rinnovare il set), tende in camera da letto.

Nema nicega bukvalno sve full. Mozda jedino ta voda iz bojlera islo toplo hladno ali sveopsirni utisak vrh!

La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima: tutto era molto vicino, il che è sicuramente un punto a favore. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande. Purtroppo mancavano dei cuscini e delle lenzuola, ma ha fatto del suo meglio per fornirceli il prima possibile.

L'appartamento però non era molto pulito e le pentole erano sporche, tanto che non abbiamo potuto usarle. Chi dorme nel soggiorno/cucina sente chiaramente i rumori provenienti dall’esterno, soprattutto al mattino presto. Peccato che la tassa di soggiorno non fosse inclusa nel prezzo e non fosse indicata da nessuna parte, ma ci è stata richiesta in modo privato.

1. Good location in old Town however not good if you have a lot of luggage plus taxi driver dropped us at the wrong point making extra walking required. 2. AC works very well and keeps the place very cool. 3. Large fridge. 4. Washing machine avail to use within the unit 5. There is a small ugly enclosure at the back with hot air blowing when using the AC - this was actually quite helpful for drying clothes/swim wear quickly. 6. Quiet doors 7. Windows and door very effective in keeping the room dark in the morning however curtains in bedroom were light and not dark enough to block out the morning sunlight. 8. Fast communication with host. Overall given the low cost this place remains good value for money but you need to be aware of the limited restrictions and conditions associated. Overall it was still a pleasant stay overall.

1. The fact you can't keep electricity on without the key being inserted into the wall inside the unit. We also thought the front door cannot be unlocked without first having to unplug the key from the electricity then using it to unlock the door, however we later discovered you could open the door when using the intercom button. We didn't know this initially so left door open/unlocked so kids could watch TV whilst we went out shopping. 2. Water in shower alternates between hot and cold with poor consistency of temperature. 3. Having to pay separately in cash for "tax" - why can't this be incorporated in the total price paid for the accommodation? 4. Can get noisy when sleeping on the sofa bed as people walk right outside up and down. 5. Slippery bathroom floor - be careful with young kids. 6. Wifi connection not clear unless you specifically ask host and even then the digits for the password are so tiny to read. 7. Be careful of all the dog pooh in the alleyway - we had a fresh patch right outside our place soon after arriving... Very annoying!! 8. Not being able to drink tap water (we are used to this in Australia!)

All the necessary things were there.

It is difficult to adjust the temperature of the water in the shower, it goes from hot to cold. Noise from the street.

Size very spacious; cool; washing machine but no soap; great location; comfortable bed

Having to switch off lights to open door is dangerous especially at night. Would be massive problem if there was a fire or earthquake and you had to get out quickly. There is no need for electricity and front door key to be padlocked together. Alternatively there should be a quick release for the front door. The shower goes hot and cold then hot again. We had to go out and buy a plug for the sink. The lights in the bedroom and passage - one of them is flickering. Light above stove does not work. Rubbish and recycling bins not clearly marked. Publish the wifi code more clearly. Apart from the key issue, these are minor but should be dealt with.
