Very cozy place. Our host Francesca provides warm welcome and everything you need for the stay. Walking distance to major tourist attractions.

Great base for a visit of Siracusa and Ortigia. Francesca is such a friendly and nice host!

The apartment is nice and cozy, modernly equipped and perfectly clean. Location is great, walking distance from all the attractions. Safe parking in front of the house is also a major advantage. And the courtesy and kindness of the host, Francesca, made our short stay at the Little House absolutely perfect.

Everything was great

The apartment was everything we needed and more! It was really cozy, clean and modern. Bathroom was spacious and washing machine was a huge plus. We have traveled all over Sicily, and this was one of the best apartments we stayed in. We fell in love with the Syracusa, but also with the accommodation. And also I could add that with Francesca! She was the most friendliest hostess, who had thought of everything. This was the first place also, where the hostess was waiting for us when we arrived. So the check in was without any problems. We arrived with our car and parking place was easy to find from the same street. We are planning the next trip to Sicily and we are definitely coming back to this address if it`s possible.

It does really feel like a 'little house' (rather than a studio) and was such a comfortable and welcoming place to come back to after a day exploring Ortigia. It's really well thought out and Francesca has made very clever use of the space, e.g. the table / breakfast bar in the hall, washing machine in a little cupboard off the bathroom, fold-up dining table in the living room, drying rack out of the living room window. It feels bigger than I think it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped - the only thing I really missed was a microplane-style grater for cheese / garlic / zest - and I enjoyed cooking for myself there. The bed was comfy and cosy (you might notice the low ceiling if you're tall, I'm not). And Francesca is very friendly and eager to help.

Nothing, really. It's a little walk on to Ortigia but I didn't mind the trade-off between distance and value.
