Wonderful River View - Sunset Deck Retreat

Lovely Clean Home with Fantastic Location, Great Kitchen, Excellent Heating, and Great View. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Great for families with kids.

Great location for our family celebration. very clean and spacious. Excellent for both adults and children.

Lack of mirrors next to power points. need some in each bedroom when the bathrooms are in use.

- Easy access to the home, good instructions - Home is lovely, comfy and cosy - Great location 5 mins to Te Awa shopping - Good parking for 4 vehicles

- Needs bar stools we were a group of 8 so not enough seating for all of us - If we book for 2 nights please provide the towels, e.g 2 towels per person one for each night - I did email a question re BBQ available, did not receive an answer but it's okay the rain came and stayed

Everything! The house is very well set up and equipped. Shopping Mall s (2) and grocery stores are just 5 minutes away.

The house is brand new, light and airy and exceptionally well furnished and kitted out. The host left useful instructions and post-it notes everywhere. The keyless entry was fantastic. The house did indeed have a great view of the Waikato River from the lounge and main bedroom. The bedrooms were all a good size with very comfy beds and tasteful decor. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay with a welcoming vibe from the host.

This will be temporary, but we hadn't realised there was construction work happening on both sides of the house and having work commence at 7.30 am and not finish until dark made it less relaxing at the start and finish of our days. The location was a little tricky to find in the dark even with the detailed instructions. A minor thing, but a motion-sensor light above the front door would be handy for guests arriving after dark.
