Lazy Daze

The space was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed all the space and being able explore the whole house. The garden was nice and the bed were comfy. The facilities were clean, I'm particular about smells, but was glad to find that the house didn't have any which added to the fact that it was nice and clean.

Good, comfortable accommodation - well furnished and decorated. All utilities met our expectations - excellent powerful shower was nice.

With no aircon and scorching temperatures, windows needed to open constantly and the seagulls in the area are very noisy. Got used to the noise eventually.

The beds were comfortable and the house was cosy and practical.

The house needs some attention. It could have been cleaner - for example, the dining table needed wiped before use, the kitchen floor was sticky and there were some stains and mould on floors (particularly in the bathroom). A few items were in disrepair. For example, two of the dining chairs were falling apart - one had a loose leg and the other had a back that was separated. Also, there were pots and pans in the kitchen that were quite scratched and needing replaced. Also, there were only 5 forks in a house that sleeps 6.

Absolutely amazing property, much more than my expectations. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

The size of the rooms were good, space over 3 floors good, all facilities provided. Water pressure good and very hot water. Good location, near a shop.

The TV only provided netflix, no freeview, front bedroom had thin blind so streetlight came through, back bedroom only had net curtains and downstairs bedroom ideally needs new mattress as sags. No mat in bath so slippery shower. Handrail to help getting in bath would be useful.

Lots of space and nicely decorated! Comfortable for a groups of adults. We had a really relaxing stay in Hastings, and the views from the hilltop are stunning (and worth the stairs!!).

The kitchen could have been cleaner - we ended up washing everything before we used it. Tricky as you're relying on previous people to have washed up properly but worth checking before next guests arrive.

Spacious, well presented accommodation. Fully equipped with everything you would need. Nice wee outside area with patio furniture too. Plenty of seating in the living room for our party of five and a separate dining room!
