I liked the house as it looks in the pictures, but when I got there it was not the same as the tourist attraction in the area

I found the house with filth, far from having been cleaned only hair and filth throughout the house and bedding was stained with ugly blood, so the house is sorry, so I had to sleep for a night until I cleaned the whole house from scratch, have a good day

They need to fix the continuous banging noise from the radiator in the first room extending to the whole house, I had intense headache sleeping in this room. The steps leading to the entrance needs deep cleaning. The cleaner can do better. Otherwise it’s a nice space

The beds were not comfortable, and the sofa was hard and uncomfortable. There was not much seating space on the sofa. We lost our deposit due to their own tv being faulty . We reported the tv faulty and showed pictures and blamed us 4 an already faulty tv. The 6 had police with torchlight right at our door and neighbour for unknown reason, not so great area.

I thought the staff at Pillow Partners were amazing, shame about the property do not let the photos on line fool you as I did

The house was filthy smoke alarm missing downstairs found it in a kitchen cupboard was told it was required any longer old BBQ at back door full of used cigarette buts man hole in back garden uncovered my 13 year old daughter realised this whilst tripping on it see photos the stair carpet it so very thin the carpet grippers stab in your toes or ankles depending if you are going up or down the curtain rail in the back bedroom is hanging of the wall no Wardrobe space and the bed side cabinet had a false nail again see pictures lovely bathroom once I had cleaned it as for the kitchen plate rack had mouldy grime see photos wi fi password was not what was provided by Pillow Partners

The property was a disgusting mess. Unclean, unsafe and in a very noisy neighbourhood with residents burning fires, drinking and shouting loudly at all hours. Fun treasure hunt of discarded appliances and settees all around the streets. Settees are covered in stains. Stairs have not been hoovered for a substantial time. Stairs had staples and nails sticking out them which my daughter stepped on. Bathroom bin not emptied and rusty. The kitchen cupboards were dirty as were some of the cups. Kitchen wall had a big stain. Fridge sealant dirty and the oven. The back garden picture is misleading as it does not show the back step area which is has been treated as an ashtray and bin. Other residents abandoned appliances in view. Massive slug infestation at night. Nappy soiled with excrement on the lawn, which had been there for quite some time and had been clearly had a mower just run over the top of it. No cleaning stuff except one rusty, broken sweeping brush. Ironing board stained. Living room floor and walls filthy. Found a discarded ear plug from a previous guest lying openly on the floor of the living room. No bins as all the outside bins are stuffed and people don’t use recycling there for some reason so just put all their rubbish in the recycling bins meaning the council have not emptied them and presumably won’t. No information pack in the property. Short term lets in Scotland require to be licensed by the licensing Authority. I checked the licensing register at South Lanarkshire Council and this premises has neither a granted nor pending licence application so also illegal as an unlicensed premises. Therefore, also not complying with any of the licensing conditions set by the Council. Absolute disgrace and an utter scam AVOID, AVOID AVOID!

Communication from booking team

Mattress is either too old or too low quality..we all struggled to sleep. It was dipping in the middle and in head. It was like sleeping on slope. Sofa was so dirty with patches on it, like pee patches. Area where the property is a bit rough…people were noisy till midnight.
