"Comfortable family stay in a great location with everything we needed."

We had a very pleasant stay at Rate Suite Marta in Sirmione. The apartment had everything our family needed and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The location was great and the accommodation was comfortable and convenient for a family trip.

The bathroom could use some renovation, and there were no TVs in the bedrooms, but aside from that everything else was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality!

"Für eine Nacht ok, aber verbesserungswürdig!"

Der Vater des Vermieters war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr angenehm. Ausserdem waren Supermarkt und Bäckerei gut erreichbar. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt akzeptabel, Preis-Leistung in Ordnung, aber mit einigen Mängeln.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eher schwach. Die Wohnung war schlecht belüftet und es gab einen unangenehmen Essensgeruch. Zudem war die Strasse sehr belebt und nachts ziemlich laut.

"Ottima vista sulla piazza, appartamento accogliente e comodo."

posizione molto comoda per il lago e le passeggiate, locali a portata di mano e se necessario anche la coop non è lontana. Con l'autobus o una bella camminata si arriva a Sirmione vecchia.

ho trovato il pavimento del bagno sporco e lo scambiatore doccia/doccino era rotto, ma niente di scandaloso.

"Wem dies alles nicht stört, hat eine große zentrale Wohnung"

Die zentrale Lage war gut und die Wohnung ist soweit gut ausgestattet! Die zwei neuwertige Bäder sind sehr gut!

In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Lokale! Wer auf Nachtruhe Wert legt ist hier leider nicht gut aufgehoben. Die Bar nebenan macht jede Nacht um 2:00 Uhr zu und entsorgte im Anschluss noch seinen Glasmüll. Am nahegelegenen Spielplatz traf sich jeden Abend die Jugend, die sehr provokativ war, keinerlei Respekt (egal für was) hatten und in den frühen Morgenstunden mit ihren Autos noch um die Kurven drifteten! Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden aber oft zeitlich befristet! Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in den wärmeren Monaten eher schlimmer wird!
