Location and distance to the beach is great. Large house with large living room and good WiFi reception throughout.

No airco in the house which is a challenge when wanting to warm up the living room during colder days.

Everything was superb - location, decor, facilities

The fires didn’t work well - braai and main - it let the property down a bit - caused smoke inside. Good backup for load shedding but no heating in main bedroom during. So maybe a gas heater will help.
