Fantastic location. Great hosts who provided an outstanding welcome hamper. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and cosy ideal for our relaxing Christmas break with a delightful friendly village pub serving delicious food.

We had the most relaxed,cosy stay at walnut tree Lodge. On arrival, we were greeted by the host Liz, who was extremely welcoming. The lodge had all facilities and more to offer, homely, clean and extremely comfortable. We were very appreciative of the welcome food hamper. The lodge is in an excellent, peaceful location. We will definitely be returning again very soon. Thank you, Liz & Dave

Liz, was excellent in all her communication. The property was incredibly warm, spotlessly clean and very inviting.

"We very much enjoyed the stay and it was very close to family nearby."

We liked the location in a secluded area alongside a wheat field, behind the owners house. We liked significant amount of space, comfortable settee, well equipped kitchen area, plenty of wardrobe space, patio and lawn area with a good view of the sky (sunset) We appreciated being left milk,butter, bread, breakfast cereals an a bottle of wine.

An oversensitive smoke alarm which went off after saucepans on the stove
