Asali Beach House

The only complaints is the house next door was a local gathering place for the community and they would play loud music and loud conversations. The kitchen did not have any pots so we had to bother Amed every time for one.

The house lies directly at a wonderful beach front. All rooms are beautifully furnished, beds are very comfortable and the views over the ocean are superb. The staff is extremely friendly and the food was excellent. We’ve had a perfect stay and will be back for sure. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Looks as on pictures, lovely and clean, however it is not as described. Would not recommend.

Advertised as 4 bedroom private villa. Upon arrival we were told to sit down and listen to "the rules' by four people who stood in line in front of us led by a man referring to himself as Chef. We were asked to "choose the room" that we want to stay in. Upon questioning this we were assured that nobody else was booked in to stay with us but we had to use one room only and we were not allowed to use any of the other rooms. Bizarre as this is a 4 bedroom private villa. There is also a room in the villa that the Chef and housekeeping ladies stay. You can see them through the door (wooded door with slits in it) and you can hear them having conversation or cooking. They walk in and out to the living area as they wish. Complete lack of privacy. The entrance to the villa is via balcony door directly on the beach that doesn't lock properly. Not safe. Had to push a chair against it at night. While sitting in the living area upon arriva contemplating what we were going to do as this was not what we paid for, l we have had a random person suddenly appearing behind us offering tattoos and manicure saying she was Chef's friend. She actually came in via the Chef's door unknown to us. Just appeared out of the blue.a. There is no privacy at all. This is not what is advertised. It is a use of one 'chosen" room at the villa where anybody can just walk in and out through a door that shouldn't exist. There also was no TV or safety.deposit box. We were told that the villa was safe and we should "take our jewels off and just leave them'. Mosquito net above the bed in upstairs bedroom facing the sea had holes in it. This is a high risk malaria zone. These are minor things and we would have worked with that if these were the only issues. The main issue here is selling a dream that does not offer safety or privacy.
