GBGBGBGBThe property is very different! It is quirky, unique and tranquil! The pool and grounds are amazing! It is spacious, private and very very peaceful! It meant we could have quality time together as a family and really make the most of our summer holidays. It is a hidden gem and has so many special features that make spending time as a family so easy, large bbq areas, private pool, fire pits with large seating areas, secret ponds and large decking area. Views are spectacular! John the host really makes this place special though and goes above and beyond!
I would not say there was anything we didn’t like but I would say that it is very quirky and ‘old’. This did take us by surprise and did take some getting used to, the property could benefit from some modernising. However, this may take away the charm! As I did love the quirky and uniqueness that this property offers. My dinosaur, lizard, crocodile and animal obsessed 7 year old loved it and would disagree with me on this. I also didn’t like the electric metre that we had to pay to top up. Quite a few times the electric went off when one of us was in the shower which made it a bit awkward. I think this could be included as it is quite a high end price bracket for what you receive? However, these are small negatives that do not detract from this wonderful property and destination!
GBPool and the surrounding so peaceful cats were super cute, comfortable and cosy.
Was a lovely place that needs a few tweeks here and there .but expected with age.
GBThe location was lovely very quiet and lovely views. Kids loved the fire pit and maud the big black cat was lovely.
Only thing I would say is you need more mugs for a good big cup of tea apart from that every think was fantastic.
