Charming 6 Bedroom House ALL with en-suite - Large Garden

The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything was labelled and accessible. The back garden is a lovely feature. The property was easy to locate with local shops close by. The information provided prior to our stay was exceptional, great communication. Entry to the property was straight forward and check in and out details were thorough and easy to follow. I would highly recommend the property as it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, I would certainly book this property again.

Listed as a 6 bedroom property, however when I was asked about the bedroom arrangement I requested double beds, this led to three bedrooms being accessible with 3 double beds instead of each person having their own bed in their own room. Had I asked for single beds the same 3 rooms would have been available with 2 singles in each room. I contacted the property regarding this during my stay but received no response.

Great location near to the station and local shops. Excellent communication from the owners. Kitchen well equipped and everything very clean.

During the night there was a lot of activity outside. Some lads tried to guess the door code and break in and it was quite noisy. We were travelling for a local festival so it didn't affect us too much. Next door is being renovated but they weren't working over the weekend fortunately.

I booked this for a business trip and my colleagues informed me the location was perfect. Right opposite a great pub with good food and close to where they needed to be in Lichfield without the hefty hotel costs. They enjoyed all staying together much more.
