immaculate, central, well equipped

The location was excellent. It was in Kirkwall but in a quiet area with parking at the door. The cottage was modern and clean. I liked having the keys in a locked box as we arrived late at night.

Not a complaint but a teapot would have been handy

All clean, everything's there, parking easy, not too far from town and the distilleries and great communication with Louise. We'll be back :)

Great communication and instructions from owner. House was very clean, warm and comfortable. Had everything that we could possibly need with essentials left which was a special touch. Beds very comfortable too. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was provided for with instructions left in the Kitchen.

The rooms did not have their own heating.

Not included but owner kindly left some items for breakfast at our request on the understanding we would pay for them.

The following would have been helpful: - hook on the back of the bathroom door - small chair(s) in the bedrooms to place clothing. Otherwise couple of hooks on back of the doors - second small side table with lamp in one of the bedrooms (the other had two)
