Lovely cottage, plenty of character. Perfect location. Excellent facilities. Really appreciated the complimentary essentials left for us on arrival. Couldn’t be happier with our stay

Small issue with the bedroom door frame being lower than the others. (I expect lower frames in a cottage, and manage easy when there all the same height) It Wouldn’t affect most visitors, however being 6”6 and just fitting through a standard door, this was an issue for me. I feel bad complaining as our stay was excellent!

I didn't receive the email with the keybox details, so I needed to go to the reception.

The stairs were very steep and narrow, which wasn't clear from the images on the website. They look a lot wider

No hot water after family shower etc in morning. Bed very uncomfortable.

Lovely interiors and well appointed.

Very small, catered for four but had four people being staying would have felt cramped. The window in the main bedroom had been boarded up so couldn’t be opened. Not very impressive at all and should be fixed. It also needs to be pointed out that the stairs are very steep so not suitable for the elderly or children. The road is very busy and can imagine that in the summer could be a problem.

Area was really good, cottage was comfortable and well equiped

Stairs were hard to negotiate ( I know it's a cottage so should have expected it) Neighbour left their dog for far too long and it was really stressed and barking / whining for over 5 hours

We loved the location and the coziness of the cottage.

Stairs were very steep and perhaps needed to be mentioned in description.

The property was well located. Clean, had everything you needed. We have older children 11 and 8 yrs so the staircase wasn’t too much of a problem. Wouldn’t recommend for younger children to stay.

The staircase was extremely steep and challenging to navigate with bags. I would recommend arriving in day light.
