I traveled with family (2 boys, teens) in the 2nd part of August/beginning of September. We had a large house (160 m2) which was more than we needed. The place was comfortable, clean, and modern for Seychelian standards. The kitchen was well equipped. The wardrobes were large enough to keep your clothes in for 4 people. Nice veranda with a table, chairs and sunbeds to relax for the whole family. Beautiful garden. Large safe box for hosting your laptop and other valuable things. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner responded quickly enough. The vicinity is nice, close to the ferry boat pier, and you can find many shops, food markets, some take aways, a bakery, a money exchange, and bike rental places nearby. Any good beach is 5 minutes drive by bike.

The WiFi connection was quite good, although we had several problems when calling parents on WhatsApp. Some disadvantage is that we had to pay in cash, so you have to bring the whole amount with you, and there was someone that contacted us on WhatsApp before we came and asked us to transfer the money to a bank in Turkey, which was a fraudulent claim (so beware and confirm everything with owners on booking.com as it keeps the history of the conversation). Fortunately, we were told by the owners to ignore the claim, and everything was fine. Thanks! Anyway, I assess this as a great place, and I would come back to it with pleasure.

The villa is extremely close to the ferry and some of the most popular bars and restaurants. Because it is 1 minute away from the main street, it is very quiet

We were offered facilitation to rent some bicycles. We were aware of the average rates for a 24h period so we understood quickly that we were being ripped off. After rejecting the offer, we ended up getting the bikes for the normal 24h rate from the property representative. Unfortunately, we waited almost 1h to get them from a drunk individual, which made it a bit awkward.

You can reach the place by foot from the pier. It takes 5-8 minutes. Everything was clean and house was quite spacious. Small terrace is also a plus. You can rent the bikes just during check-in.

The appartement is beautiful and well situated. On our request, third bed was placed in the living room. Garden and views very nice. Cleaning and gardening staff very friendly.

Unfortunately, good potential to a certain extent spoiled. The owner insists on cash payment (this surprisung request should be clearly indicated on booking.com). We ha d to insist on the exchange rate of the market. Even though we asked from the beginning for a late checkout, the owner did not reply to our request. At night, barking dogs and crowing cocks (probably the same all over the place).

Good location, very peaceful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Responsive management. Perfect for a family. We had a great stay.

Nothing of major significance. Could have done with a few more glasses and cutlery. Also somewhere to hang wet towels and beachwear would be useful.
