Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Gîtes La Bambouseraie in advance of your expected arrival time. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets are allowed in 2 houses: Anna for 8 people and Angela for 5 people and are charged EUR 30 per week or per stay if the stay is shorter than a week. Guests can access the swimming pool from 9:30 until 19:30. Please note that for security reason, guests are not allowed to jump in the swimming pool or bring their own pool games and toys. Please note that men must wear swimming briefs at the pool. Outdoor games are available until 22:30 at the property. Please note that bed linen is charged EUR 15.00€ per person per week. Guests can bring their own bed linen. Please not that towels and dish towels are not provided and guests must bring their own.
