The place is very interior from city. No network Connectivity. Completely different house from that shown in picture. The photos uploaded of touristers is the owners family pictures. The ratings are bogus. The house is under construction and the pool is not usable. We reached the homestay at night after visiting some tourist places as suggested by the owner because he said it would save time because the homestay is very far from the city. But when we reached the house by 9.30 pm and was very disappointed to see the situation of the house. We didn't have any other option to shift because of the timing and location.We had an argument with the owner over telephone for cheating us by providing wrong pictures of the homestay and he said us to vacate if we are not interested.there was only a care taker. The next morning owner held us captive for not agreeing to pay the full amount. and blocked our bus with his jeep. Later we had to contact the emergency number and the police reached there after one and a half hours because even they couldn't find the location and only after they arrived we came to know that the homestay didn't have any registration. It was really a horrible experience.

Excellent Home made food at a reasonable cost. Worth for a group tour

Good location in coffee estate with pool and can go for trecking in estate.

It's 10 km from madikeri city, we have to check in early and if are late then it's bit difficult to reach out as sign boards are small can't identify in dark, there's no food facility as it's interior we have to go around 5 km
