"Dated and shabby ."

Location was perfect

The town house was dated, shabby , old furniture that had seen better days , just generally in loved , dead plants , soiled cushions on outdoor furniture. No matching dinnerware of glasses not even 4 wine glasses the same for the cutlery! Only 1spoon! Reminded me of a student’s flat! Such a shame as with a little bit of investment and care it has huge potential! I can say all this as I have a holiday rental myself in France .
