Very close to the beautiful Mondello beach - three minute walk Alfredo is a lovely host, always available and offering assistance at all times

Geräumige, ganze obere Wohnung mit Terasse , 2 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche mit Wohnzimmer in einem, ausreichend ausgestattet. Je 2 Doppelbetten.Zum Meeresstrand etwa 300 Meter. Sandstrand, Wasser sauber. Leider wie auch in Palermo auf den Strassen nicht sauber, Müll (Plastikflaschen, viel Gartenabfälle,die den Abfluss in den Straßen Kanal verstopfen.Wegen Verkehr mit Einbahnstraßen kleine Umwege bei Autofahrten.

Vybavení kuchyně by mohlo být obnoveno a doplněno. Chybí kávovar. Pouze moka konvička nebo rychlovarná konvice. Naproti ubytování probíhají stavební práce na dvou vilách.

Staying in this apartment was a great experience! The host is truly exceptional – extremely kind, always available, and ready to help in any situation. From day one, he went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and was a big help with everything – from transportation info to recommendations for restaurants. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is perfect for daily swimming. The center of Palermo is about 20 minutes away by bus. The neighborhood is calm, with shops, cafes, and everything you might need close by. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday with an outstanding host!
