Lokalita byla naprosto super, přímo v historickém centru, ale mimo ruch restaurací a barů. Moc jsme si užily střešní terasu !! Snídaně v blízké restauraci byla velice dobrá.

La situation près du centre ville La chambre confortable Le petit déjeuner excellent pris à côté d'un restaurant, le king, où nous sommes allés dîner

La non information concernant les travaux près du logement ce qui nous a valu des tours et tours dans le centre avant de trouver un parking conseillé par des touristes français

Les employés de Fico MonHolidays furent avenants, réactifs et serviables. Les petits déjeuners, compris dans le prix, à deux pas du gîtes étaient excellents Le gîtes est situé au cœur de centre historique et animé de Monopoli. Le stationnement optionnel était tout a fait convenable et a permis de visiter facilement les autres lieux touristiques de la région: Bari, Polignano, Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Conversano, Cisternino...

Remarque: nous étions au 4e étage sans ascenseur: ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les bagages ne sont pas un problème: le personnel de MonHoliday s'en charge avec plaisir. La terrasse du 5e étage (un de plus) est un plus. mais pas vraiment faite pour cuisiner: mais, il y a plein d'endroits tout près pour des plats à apporter. A améliorer: la pression et eau chaude de la douche. Pas de chaise dans la petite ch. du 4e étage pour regarder la TV ou consulter son ordi sur la petite table à moins d'utiliser un des buches servant de base décorative.
