Апартаментът е направен добре, снимките съответстват. Но това изчерпва всичко хубаво.

Нищо не ни хареса! Даден е погрешен адрес (общ с друго място със същото име) на апратамента с една спалня. Аз лично избирам по адрес и бях крайно подведена! Чак като платих невъзвращаема сума, бях уведомена, че адресът е друг, но е "много близо". При невъзвращаема сума нямах обратен ход (а по-скъпа опция за възвръщаема нямаше, когато го избрах)! Това "близо" се оказа не просто далече, а извън централната част. Понеже не си носехме крилете, трябваше да пресичаме нещо като околовръстно, което нямаше и тротоар на места - ужасно място, буквално опасно. Това шосе минаваше под прозорците и на по-шумно и мръсно място не бях спала - денонощно хвърчаха коли и мотори. Йоана, с която комуникирахме, беше натрапчива и груба, буквално ни съсипа първите дни в Италия с настояване да съответстваме на някакви нейни си искания още докато бяхме в друг град. Все едно не бяхме във ваканция, а ни се задаваше график извън обичайното. Освен всичко друго на място ни предяви някакъв договор на италиански, който трябва да се подпише без да го разбираш. Това е недопустимо! И това място за настаняване беше най-скъпото по нашия маршрут, а спахме само на доста добри места. Нервирам се само докато се връщам към това, искам да забравя Южна Италия - за мен тя е Йоана. Отделно ще се обърна към Букинг да изиска от тези хора да си обяват реалните адреси на двата апартамента - те са си различни локации. Ако това беше коректно обявено, никога не бих го избрала, щяхме да си спестим настаняването там, нервите и безсънието.

L'emplacement est parfait, à deux pas du centre ville et stationnement gratuit autour de la maison. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Joanna nous a partagé de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

The apartment was very new, clean and large and the kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge were an added bonus. The owner was always readily available and organise a taxi from the train station and then to the airport for us. she was so helpful and checked in on us every day to see if we need anything.

It was a little bit further from town then we had anticipated as there are 2 apartments, 1 that is a 1 bedroom apartment and 1 that is a bit larger apartment with more bedrooms, 5 minutes closer to the town which we thought we were staying in but apart from that we loved our experience.

Joanna was in regular contact with us prior to our arrival. She was so easy to deal with and offered us an early check in time if it suited us. She was also in regular contact with us throughout our stay, offering restaurant recommendations and a taxi number. The accommodation is spotless and cool which was really appreciated in the warm weather. There are beach toys for the kids and an umbrella to use. She also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check out as the next guests were running late. This was a great help to us. The apartment is very well located close to the old town and also the beach. We loved our stay, thank you!

There wasn’t really any hand soap, except a small amount in the dispenser. We only stayed for 2 days and kept missing the shop due to afternoon closing. A small bar of soap in each bathroom would have been appreciated.

The apartment was close to the beach and a very large local supermarket. If was a good 15min walk to the centre of Monopoli.

Maybe a basket of fresh fruit and some milk.. a welcome basket.
