The location and the size of the place was great. Can walk to the main square in 5 minutes. Driveway available but I didn't have a car. Water pressure was great and the stove top was really good. Has a min-fridge and washer machine. Need to hang clothes outside with supplied pins. Hotwater comes quick for both sinks. Beds and sheets were clean and towels were large. Doors felt secure and was quiet all day long and the night as well (until 5am). Cafe right around the corner for some coffee and breakfast snacks or an evening beer. Nearby multibanco ATM past the arches (bridge) and a small store (Casa Cheia) to stock up the fridge. May need to go to the Casa Cheia in Fazenda for more selection. We met with the landlords on the second day and had good conversation (in portuguese). Really friendly folks. We locked our keys inside by accident and had to get a hold of the cleaning lady who provided keys to help us out. The door locks automatically. I suggest splitting the keys to make sure this doesn't happen. There are two entrance doors and two separate keys but on the same ring. Place has old school vibe but definitely worth another stay. We would stay here again, no issues for us.

It's not the fault of the property. The neighbour has some roosters that get to work at 5am in the morning (local time). Roosters are typical for Nordeste. If you plan on sleeping in past 5am, you could struggle to solid sleep. I changed my sleep pattern to go to bed around 10pm to get 7hours of sleep. The place we stayed in had no bathtub but had a shower that will be too small for large people. I'm 5'8 and 180lbs and I could barely turn around in the shower. If you have size, you won't fit in the shower. The bed upstairs in the loft requires some crouching down and raining sounds could disturb light sleepers up there.
