"Scruffy and way way overpriced"

Being located in the village of Otterton with its excellent community shop and the facilities of Otterton Mill.

The overall condition of the cottage and garden were poor.Whilst it was well equipped kitchen wise the ret left a lot to be desired.The upkeep of the garden only addressed toward the end of the stay,ie grass cutting and removal of dead folliage.

"Lovely cottage and garden in a picture perfect village"

This is a lovely cottage, comfortable and clean, and more spacious than one would expect for a small house. It has a great, sun drenched back garden too, which was lovely to enjoy. The house is in a perfect setting, on the main street of a picture perfect village, and on the doorstep of endless, beautiful walks, along the coast or following the river. I very much enjoyed my stay here.

It could do with a lamp or two in the living room, but can't fault it otherwise.
