Patras stonehouse with large yard - Πέτρινο σπίτι με αυλή

Schön gelegen, ruhig aber stadtnah. Gemütlich eingerichtetes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus in einem gepflegten Garten. Als „Wiederholungstäter“ waren wir zum zweiten mal innerhalb weniger Monate hier und haben es sehr genossen.

We were pleasantly surprised to visit the property. It's located in the middle of olive tree fields, with it's own fenced terrace and various fruit trees. The place is new and very well maintained. We found the place very clean and we were happy the host was thoughtful enough to provide a fully equipped kitchen so we can prepare breakfast. We chose this property as we were travelling with a couple of cats and found it ideal for that purpose. It's neatly located away from main streets, so we got some reassurance that our pets were in no danger if they accidentally run off our control. This being a stone house, it can naturally keep a good internal temperature, while there is an excellent air conditioner unit , in case we needed to dial the temperature up or down as needed. While the property is located close to a nearby highway, you can barely notice any noise coming from the highway traffic. Moreover, being located in the middle of farmlands, you can expect to be among chicken, bees etc., while some may find this annoying, we felt it just made our experience of getting away from the city even better. Finally, we liked how this property is perfectly located between both the city center while providing excellent access to the southern beaches of Patras. It's really an excellent place to stay if looking for tranquility, like to be surrounded by nature, travel with pets, like to visit both city center and beautiful sand beaches and own a car. It's really a hidden paradise! We really look forward to visit it again.

It's only a bit difficult to get to the property the first time, especially if arriving at night. We suggested the host created a pin in google maps to make getting to the property easier. But the second time, it is really easy to find your way home.
