Spacious, clean and well-equipped though we were only there 2 nights so didn’t cook or doing any washing etc. Couple of good restaurants nearby and bus stop very close.

Long way from central Positano so need to rely on buses/taxi or summon the energy for 2000 steps uphill to the property….not recommended in Italian Summer!

Teresa met us at the door, and she texted multiple times to make sure we knew where to go. Teresa also explained the bus schedule and where to go to the mini mart. The mini mart had all kinds of items that allowed us to eat at home a few times. There are also 2 incredible restaurants within 5 minutes walk, relatively flat. The A/C was a life saver and the rooms were clean and quiet. Be aware of the stairs and how many there are. Again, the booking.com site lists the distance as the crow flies, not horizontal walking distance. Our 5 year old made the steps just fine, and we walked to town every day. We went to pupetto beach and rented some chairs, which was amazing. It was within a longer walking distance and an incredible experience.

If you are a tourist renting a car, be sure to be prepared for windy, narrow roads all around positano. This has nothing to do with the property but with the location itself. Be patient and respectful, take your time, and you’ll be just fine.

135 steps up to the road. A 50 € taxi ride or the hottest most packed bus ever (my daughter almost passed out) to the bottom of the hill. 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days. The distance to the beach is not correctly advertised- it is a 50 minute stair case/steep path to the beach. Just be prepared. It’s a gorgeous place, just not located close to Positano.

Teresa was so nice and gave us a lot of great information and made herself available the whole time. The view is incredible at this home. It was very clean. There is a little store within walking distance and a couple of really good restaurants in Montpernuso (the little neighborhood by the house).

There is a small water heater so hot water runs out fast. The home is far away from the city center which means it’s hard to get to but also the area is so quiet and the view is incredible so once you are home it’s very peaceful!!! We are an active family so the steps were ok but this would not be a home for elderly or inactive people. There are around 200 steps up to the road. (But that’s everywhere in positano so to be expected)

just be prepared to spend all day in the city as it is far from the center and difficult to get back and forth during peak season!

Stunning views. Light modern accommodation. Very clean. Extra helpful personnel. Stunning village nearby plus outstanding restaurant. We loved seeing these villagers get together at the end of the day and enjoy each others company. You have to accept that with a view comes steps. Easy walk down but difficult trip back up. Full buses going past all the time didn’t help. However overall a stunning visit and we would highly recommend. Air con brilliant in the height of summer. We would go back. Thank you ladies.

Steps and buses are the issue but you catch on fast when it’s a necessity. Don’t complain about it- join in and enjoy the chaos. It was fun.
