The location is fantastic.

Unfortunately the stove didn't work which we were told about on the day. We were also told the floor outside the toilet was wet which was to be sorted after our stay. There were no tea towels and no rubbish bags provided.

"Time for a fix up....."

Nice big house in good location

Gate at road frontage was broken and couldn't be shut. Couldn't run kitchen elments and oven at same time or it would overload and trip out. Kitchen was in a serious need of some love... Bathrooms very old and needing love also

Location was great for us for what we were doing in Auckland. Plenty of clean towels left in each room and beds are comfy. Even though the property is very tired it's clean inside and had everything we needed, thankyou

We stayed two weekends in a row. The property is very tired inside & out and needs a mager cleanup, new curtains etc. First stay the ensuite shower was blocked & kitchen cupboard broken. The main shower needs new grout as the mould is bad & there is ants in the kitchen. I had 5 teenage girls, so they picked up on alot. Also lots of old cigarette butts outside wasn't pleasant

"Fantastic for a group"

Really easy to find and get in Lots of space for people to hang out and in each room Lots of bathroom space for bigger groups

Lots of sticky notes all over the place- some may find useful
