"Perfect"

Really spacious older feeling house with character that was layed out nicely. It was perfectly cleaned and had really comfortable beds throughout. We stayed there with 4 adults, 4 children and a baby and had ample space

Perfect location and great sized house for large families. Everything we needed for a great stay.

The strange smell l. Worked out it is from the heat pumps heating up the dust after not being used all summer. Apart from the terrible smell, this is a fire risk! Unit in bedroom actually sent a puff of dust when turned onto heat in the evening. Please please service these units and also air the house before anyone else uses it he property. Two older beds need new mattresses!

"The location was just what I was looking for"

It was a large property that easily accommodated us. Party of 4. Very quiet and great shower with lots of hot water. Very nice carpet through out the property and the beds were comfortable.

The interior is tired and the main toilet and bathroom whilst functional did not look great. The dishwasher did not work.

"Very roomy, good for larger families, not attractive inside just functional"

Good location, very spacious inside, multiple bedrooms, comfortable beds, good for larger families or groups but it's a quiet neighborhood. There are two washing machines! And a ventilation dryer.

Maybe due to the change in weather, we encountered a few bugs inside but otherwise everything was clean. There's no design concept inside, furniture is functional but old, lighting is bleak in places. Minor stuff, just depends on what you want in a place.

Awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much. Love the cleanliness, the kitchen, the layout, the gardens. Would definitely stay here again next trip

A bit dark from the car park to the side entrance. Some of the sofa a bit too old

Awesome location, close to motorway, next to the botanical gardens so great for an early morning walk. Nice quiet neighborhood, great location in South Auckland. Easy host to deal with. House great value for money
