Eleven Upway Street

Leaving. I don't feel I need to expand on that but it's won't let me stop typing until I write more it seems.

Where do I start....badly maintained, paint flaking/damaged, mould round taps, damp smell, damaged knifes unsuitable for use, dirty fingerprints all over cupboards, damaged kitchen handles, sticky tablecloths, hair in the plughole.....photos are not all of it, just ran out of energy to take any more. Location shocking. Opposite the train station, next to the bus depot. Bad road with awful bottom end pub - honestly didn't feel safe walking past it at night. Couldnt turn car round in road so had to back in from a major road to get to the parking. Once it didn't feel I could move it as didn't want to go through that again.

Excellent location and had nearly everything we needed!

There were a few maintenance issues but nothing that would put us off returning!

Good location near to sea

Bed mattress very poor ,got very bad back due mattress even sofa bed mattress very poor needs replacing back bed very noisy, had booked gor Xmas but cancelled

The location was fantastic 2 streets away from the front. Very clean and all the facilities that you would need. Parking permit was a bonus, which will save you lots of money on the week. Will stay again if it is available.

The top bulk matteress was very uncomfortable with the springs digging my sons back the downstairs matteress was the same, maybe a new matteress or at least a matteress topper. The main bed was very comfortable. One of the houses on the corner of the street had a constant smell of weed coming from from it, not a lot the property owners could do, but it did put me off a bit.

The house is great, literally having everything you expect in a holiday home. The location was perfect nearby the beach and restraunts and pubs. Lovely home in altogether !!

everything was perfect !! there is hardly anything to dislike. No comments there.

We had a small problem that was delt with very quickly. More than one toilet roll would have been nice between 3 girls. Overal lovely little place would definately go again

Lack of roll roll and couldnt find any teatowels to dry thedishes.

The location was brilliant and the house was very nice with all that you would need. Thank you.

I think if you were to take a dog it wouldn't be ideal, especially if your dog wants a wee or poo in the night, as they are not aloud to mess in the yard. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, but because we only stayed for 2 nights it wasn't too bad.
