Great location next to Weymouth beach and a very short walk into the town centre. Kitchen was well kitted out with washing machine and yard to hang out washing.

Not negative about the property but a tip for all future residents who need to supplies, try and avoid the Asda across the road if you can. Most expensive shop ever visited!

Location, space and ease of booking

That it was close to beach, shops and railway station

The bedding wasn't clean, there was blood on the mattress, shower didn't drain, was dirty in places. Needed up dating and on a busy main road

The owner seemed like a nice chap.

The whole place was just a bit grubby throughout. Not possible to sleep in the main bedroom (with a window looking out onto a busy street and a garage forecourt). Noise from outside and through party wall with neighbours, who watched tv will late. A shaving mirror would have been nice.

The space in the property, the location nearly everything

The house was clean and tidy. The house has 3 double bedrooms available, which was perfect for our needs. The house was generally comfortable and very well located to get to the beach. There was good WiFi and, although right next to a busy road, the double glazing cut out virtually all of the possible road noise. All of the necessities, such as crockery, glasses, kitchen equipment, etc were provided and in good condition. There is a bath/shower/toilet room on their 1st floor, which was clean and the beds were all made up and comfortable. Towels were provided.

The overall feel was that the house was 'tired'! There was nothing major wrong, but the decoration was in need of refreshing, there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything, the stair carpet was a little grubby and the little court yard was in need of some tidying up. Guests should be aware that the stairs are steep and narrow and there is no down stairs toilet. I don't want my comments to put people off as the house was fine for what we were looking for, but a few little bits and pieces being dealt with would make the property an excellent location.

The location was fantastic and the size of the property was very good.

There is an old smell in the house, need some more air fresheners
