"A great cottage"

The cottage had everything we needed, and it was very spacious

It was unseasonably cold weather, and it took a while to heat through,but we were fine by the next morning.

"Never been to Barmouth before and we had a lovely stay,"

Comfortable and warm, lovely shower, and nice kitchen. Quite part of town Good to have separate toilet. Well situated for beach and town

The bedding needs updating, was clean but a bit past its best. New glasses, mugs, cutlery needed Bathroom/ toilet doors didn’t shut properly, We had heavy rain and there was a broken pipe over back door, we had to dodge when going in and kept people in back room awake at night, we were there at new year, so probably not a good time to get fixed.
