Pete and Sally were amazing hosts, all communication was faultless, they were easily contactable, and provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The cottage was a real home from home and super welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and the whole property was impeccably clean. The location of the property is great, it's easily accessible and only a short walk to the beach and the centre of Barmouth. Parking was available with space for 2 small cars. We had a great time visiting friends and family and would highly recommend Heulwen and Pete and Sally as hosts for making our stay totally stress free. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house had everything you needed, clean & cosy. Location excellent, 5 minutes walk to sea & 10 mins walk to barmouth. We will certainly be booking here again.

The quietness and 2 minutes from beach

The mattresses on all beds are very uncomfortable would benefit from new ones also cobwebs on ceilings

towels worn out. bedding tired. paint flakes falling off walls and ceiling. not enough toilet paper. lack of power points in the bedrooms. only two wineglasses.
