Mika’s Poolhouse

Mihailo ist sehr nett. Der Pool war super und auf 29 Grad vorgeheizt ;-) Der Schlafbereich im ersten Stock war sauber, die Küche leider weniger .. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und nicht weit entfernt ein Einkaufszentrum. Wir waren mit einem Hund auf der Durchreise. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und groß genug.

Es war sehr laut durch die Motorräder auf der Hauptstraße. Für kleinere Kinder ist das Haus nicht geeignet. Die Stiegen in den ersten Stock sind sehr steil und im Eingangsbereich gibt es kein Geländer, auch nicht beim Pool. Wir haben für eine Nacht 150,-- bezahlt, schon ein bisschen überteuert für Ende September . Wir haben uns mehr erwartet.

Nadomak Beograda a opet priroda, mir i čist vazduh. Vlasnik je divan i tu za svako pitanje i sitnicu.

Želim da se zahvalim domacinu na gostoprimstvu …jako prelep udoban smeštaj kao cela kuca u mirnom lepo kraju sto je nama jako važnobilo … uzivali smo odmorili se napunili baterije i proslavili najlepšu zabavu rodjendansku naše ćerke … pozdrav za Mihaila i naravno družimo se ponovo uskoro… jedva čekamo i brojimo sitno ! p.s. Reci su suvišne za ovakav smeštaj a i pogled sa terase na bazen čini slike jos lepšim …👌👏👍

Sve je proteklo perfektno, idealan prostor za sve vrste manjih proslava, bazen zbog grejanja na idealnoj temperaturi uprkos tmurnom danu, vikendica fantastično opremljena svim što može da zatreba - imate utisak da ste u nečijoj kući, domaćin prijatan i predusretljiv! Sa 2 sofe na razvlačenje u prizemlju i 2 spavaće sobe na spratu - 8 osoba bi moglo da se smesti komotno. Preporučila bih svima i došla ponovo! 💌

Fabulous location, peaceful and relaxing. About a half hour drive into centre of Belgrade, easy bus route too if you need it. Comfortable, clean accommodation, great pool. Ava shopping park 10 minute drive away for groceries and essentials. Mihailo is a very kind and welcoming host, checked in with us a few times during our stay but everything was perfect.

Nothing not to like

We had a wonderful longer stay at this house — such a pleasant and relaxing experience! A big 10/10 for the owner, the pool, and the comfy beds — everything made us feel right at home. The house has everything you could possibly need: washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave etc. The air conditioning upstairs and ceiling fans on the ground floor kept the place cool and comfortable even during warmer days. The pool was absolutely the highlight of our stay — perfect for relaxing and having fun! The kids also really enjoyed the PlayStation, which was a nice bonus. The house is located outside the city, which was exactly what we were looking for — peaceful, quiet, and with fresh air all around. There’ s a shopping area about 10 minutes away by car, along a fairly narrow road, where you can find lots of stores, Lidl, IKEA, DM, KFC, and a local restaurant (not the best, but okay if you don’t have other options). And Mihailo is simply an amazing host — always helpful, kind, and available whenever we needed something.

At certain times of day, the water pressure was a bit low and there is no hot water because the boiler stops working if no pressure, but we learned it’s just how the area is. If you are patient enough, the pressure will come back soon enough, it's only an issue if you are in a hurry. Or you could just enjoy a cold shower in a hot summer day! The kitchen could use a little update, and we understood from Mihailo that a small renovation is already planned.

Просторная терраса и большой бассейн! В такую жару, самое лучшее решение! Очень дружелюбный хозяин, хотелось бы остаться на дольше!
