Lovely warm welcoming house. Quiet and safe area. Plenty of space

Sadly the beds gave us an unsettled sleep as mattresses weren’t great and frames were very squeaky. A few kitchen items were dirty, not really much crockery and glassware to use for 6 guests.

Excellent location for what we needed, super quiet location and extremely good value - we were really touched by the little extras such as Christmas decorations and presents left for us. Excellent communication, ideal stop over place!

"Would not book to stay in this house again"

It was very near our relatives that we were spending Christmas with. Beds were ok we just used it as a base to sleep in.’

It was not very clean, table was very sticky, there were pots etc left in the dishwasher, pans in cupboard were past there sell by date, we didn’t use them, inside the microwave was dirty, bits of crisps on floor in lounge, shower has mould around edges of shower doors.

"House is situated in a quite cul-de-sac. It was clean, well presented and good value."
