Nice view in front of the lake. Quiet and private place. Near to Menaggio village (8-10minutes max). The staff was willing to help us.

Not so clean (There were flies, cobwebs, spiders etc). However, at our request they came the next day to clean it. There aren’t shutters on all the windows.

Almost everything was perfect 🤩

Gardening wasn’t done so long grass. There was a problem with the gardener I was told. There weren’t any Hot tub instructions in English

Francesca was very nice to us and helped with every question we had. The place was super big for a couple and the view was stunning! By lake Como and in a quit area. The price is nothing for what you get.

The location, the view, the very generous plot and the privacy.

The property details on Booking.com are quite clear in that the property has 2 double beds. The fact that there was only one was a surprise to say the least and whilst we made the most of the trip, it really did compromise the sleeping arrangements. Searching for a property and paying for a trip based on what is described is what people expect, especially as fundamental as the number of beds, and your comments/compensation in this respect would be very gratefully received.

Amazing garden with breathtaking view. Kitchen is super equipped with everything one would need.

Not so comfortable bed. Not so clean jacuzzi and not the same one as on the pictures.

Amazing views and outside space, peaceful, with plenty of seating, barbecue and hot tub ready to use. We loved it so much, we decided to spend a day in the garden instead of going to the nearby town. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom with the best views.

The pillows were a bit too hard for me, but not a problem as we only stayed for 2 nights - would be nice to have a choice between soft and hard pillows.

The property was immaculatr when we arrived, so many outside seaying options and the hot tub was ready to go.

No think really negative to say/ it’s small and picks up the heat from the sun real quick but the air con is perfect

The stunning view from the area around the summerhouse. Natural Gas Grill is available, washing machine and romantic eves in jacuzzi with the one of the best view on the lake - really huge plus to this property. Private parking inside area.

Only one trash bag for 2 days, a lot of dusty, especially on the bedside tables, no lightening during the dark time next to the jacuzzi, totally uncomfortable pillows.
