Only three animals are allowed. Please note that you are renting the whole house: In the heating period from October to April we charge an additional fee of € 12 per day as a heating flat rate. Up to 4 guests we make the beds in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. We also open the attic room for 5 people or more. Please inform us if you would like us to open the attic room for less than 5 people at an additional cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Charmante maison calme et confortable."

Charmante maison, avec son grand jardin, située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. L'ambiance y est très confortable et agréable. Il y a tout le confort d'une maison moderne. Cela est très reposant de s'y retrouver après une longue journée de visites. L'ensemble est très bien entretenu et très propre. On se sent presque chez soi. Il est très facile de garer sa voiture dans la propriété. Le centre-ville est à 20 minutes de voiture. Les parkings y sont nombreux et les tarifs très bas. Le propriétaire est très attentionné. Il nous a même organisé une belle journée dans les environs de Budapest. Vous ne serez donc pas déçu lorsque vous séjournerez dans cette maison.

Das Haus ist zwar älter aber es ist sauber hat einen Garten und ist immer Sommer bestimmt schön. Für Hunde gibt es gleich um die Ecke einen langen Grünstreifen.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the end of the M2 line of the metro, and a shopping centre. It has a yard where a car can be parked and a locked gate. The house itself is well heated. The furniture and appliances are in good condition. There is one bathroom accessible from the two downstairs bedrooms. Overall comfortable lodging with an accommodating host and no worries.

The upstairs bedroom is located in a refurbished attic. There was a misunderstanding related to the availability of that room but the host came through and made it available in good time. If you want to use that bedroom you should specify it forthwith. The smart tv in the living room is quite old, the smart features do not really work, but it does have cable.

Well equipped, calm location. Comfortable for family stay. It’s great it was aloud to stay with dog, we feel really greatfull for the owner.
