I loved everything! The house was inviting, comfortable and very peaceful. Plenty of room for us and the home was well equipped to cook.

No internet for hours upon arrival (I worked to restore in vain for over an hour before texting her) - Host Dora called and blamed housekeeper for turning off all power under the bed in guest room, then Dora blamed housekeeper for leaving all blankets in dryer/none were dry and smelled moldy. She also called to ask me to zip up canvas covers all 4 sides of metal "gazebo" off driveway first night I arrived/every night/I left it zipped up as it required finding a chair to stand on -zips from top to bottom. Upon check-in Dora messaged me that she/housekeeper "had left bags of groceries and a leather bag full of her toiletries in rental and wanted to pick them up in days - no such items existed anywhere, and only a used carton of eggs and smelly meat in plastic container with cheese in fridge, took photos and explained all to Booking.com Rep on phone, plus I had a wounded burned thumb and had a bad cough from no heat provided (There was no heat working and non -microwavable cup blister-burned my thumb/had to wear ice packs for hours. Internet and tv signal were off again 2nd day for hours - Dora blamed Xfinity being out in area. Then Dora informed Booking.com that she was moving new guest into/on to property during my stay, just before my best friend was arriving from Atlanta and I paid for both of us entire 9 days and my guest would only be there for weekend - neither of us wanted to be held liable for her new guest(s) nor did we want our privacy intruded upon - Dora broke the contract and I left 5 day/4 nights early and had to find other accommodations.

very clean and host was very pleasant. very beautiful on the front side of the property. we had horses as our views. the king bed was very comfortable. the kitchen is large and everything to cook with. comfortable couches nice tv with many channels.

the fact that it’s listed as 4 bedroom but it’s a 3. our group was for 4 and our teen had to sleep on couch. there is no dishwasher and hot water pressure in kitchen sink was terrible making cooking a nightmare. there are huge pieces of furniture on a not huge house with way too many decorations. the fact that there is a parked rv 5 feet away from the back door with someone staying in it and sitting outside every day, taking away from private experience. the 5 acres are limited to maybe 1. we had drones from Christmas that we went to use.

Location for our needs, good internet/tv service, two bathrooms (two showers and one tub with ample pressure and good temperature), comfy living/dining/kitchen area, three bedrooms (rooms best suited for one couple and four to five children, or two couples and three children, or three couples and maybe one child), fans in each bedroom, tv in two bedrooms and living area, washer/dryer.

Bathroom serving two bedrooms is lacking a fan. Some may not like that there isn’t a dishwasher. (We didn’t mind doing dishes by hand, and we did need to heat water first.)

Large enough house to accommodate us and easy to find. Also very close to everything. The house had just about everything you would need.

I advised the owner after the stay that something was wrong with the Wi-Fi connection to the tv but that was all. Not a huge fan of the pet fee as the house is completely tile and we’re responsible enough owners to clean up after our pets. Clearly other guests did not though-on the property- the house was very clean.

It is a perfect place for a quiet getaway. The hosts are very understanding, and the house provided many essentials to make you feel at home.
