"Pleasant apartment for short break"

Generally a well presented property within walking distance of city centre and supermarkets well equipped and clean. Good blackout curtains in bedrooms. Beds comfortable. Helpful staff at agent.

Despite saying two spaces available park anywhere in car park, it appeared to be a single allocated parking. The space with the property number on was occupied throughout our stay and I parked in an unnumbered space, was blocked in and an agressive note left on my car. Maybe unlucky but private parking was a key request. The communal areas smelt and one flat had its door smashed which didn’t enhance feeling safe. No curtains or blinds in living rooms so no privacy

Lovely property, clean, enough room for all of us.

No indication which parking space we could park in. We got a passive aggressive note left on our car by a neighbour who said parking was allocated but the spaces aren’t numbered so how were we supposed to know?

"Very basic accommodation, no way closer to the highest standard they claim!"

Location, decor, check in

It's no way close to the premium service level they claim. Stained sofa, dirty carpet, no toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). No response from the host when this was communicated during my stay. I was asked for extra payment to get a high chair for my toddler which is so basic.
