The space allocated for parking wasn’t clear so there was someone else parked there there should be a sign on the wall that says Kirkstone cottage parking

Excellent Location

Parking space was an OK size but people in the other adjacent properties influence how easy/difficult it is for you to get in and out.

Good location, nice cottage

The cottage has several issues. First, we had a wet few days and there are now large damp patches on the bedroom walls (above the bed and stairs). The room felt damp. It needs fixing; probably pointing on both chimneys which are directly above each patch. Second, the toaster doesn't work (toasts on one side only). Third, the heater in the bedroom cupboard doesn't work. Fourth, the water heater didn't turn off properly so nearly boiling water was coming out of the tap! I have photos of the damp if that would help.
