Stunning location

Amazing terrace and very comfortable appt in a great location. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Unfortunately there's a bar down below (at the bottom of the cliff), which had loud music on Friday night till midnight.

Superb location overlooking the roaring Atlantic with the sound the waves helping better sleep.

NOTE: loud construction occurs ALL DAY immediately next door. You will not be able to enjoy the unit from 0700 - 1900. Other than this factor; Great location and amazing views, this apartment was only 3 minute walk to town center but far enough away to be peaceful in the evening.

Loud disruptive construction next door that made the house vibrate and forced us to leave the house during the daytime. Could not enjoy the patio or relaxing at home between 0700 - 1900 EVERY DAY. Construction includes jack hammering concrete, hammering, loud concrete drilling, pounding, yelling, you name it. Because the houses share concrete walls - all the noise and vibration flows into this unit.

Fantastic location with tremendous view of the ocean

There was noise of the cars along the road outside but this did not really affect us as we slept in the double bedroom facing the sea. For people sleeping in the twin room with a window to road, this might be a problem for light sleepers.

Beautiful views and location. Quiet but close enough to town.

Bathroom downstairs from bedrooms but not a huge issue.

Location was great. However, we left the windows open at night to get the ocean breeze and got several mosquito bites.

No screens in the windows.

This is an AMAZING property and town!! We travel internationally throughout the year. And, as we said in our first stay, if you like the pictures, you will LOVE, LOVE your stay. Fabulous beach view from both floors. Fully equipped kitchen. Highly responsive host (e.g., quick reply to texts, concerned about our stay and well-being). Cool and breezy. Heaters when needed in evening when preferred. Great beds, and we have bad backs. Entirely SPOTLESS. Immaculate, really! Easy key pickup on site. Wonderful location (right up to the coast with no houses between you and the beach views; totally quiet except for the amazing surf sound when the huge sliding door/windows are open on both floors; 3 minute stroll to an excellent grocery store; 1 to 10 minutes easy... easy stroll to get to world class beaches, surf, coffee, restaurant, surf stores; 35 - 45 minute taxi drive to Ericeira from Lisbon.
