It was what it was.

location. from the description (and we may have misunderstood), we didn’t realise it was in the middle of a town. car parking was very tight. it didn’t feel particularly clean and although there is the option of cleaning the property, there were no cleaning products, wipes, cloths etc to do this. shower door didn’t close, punch hole in door of shower room.
