You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 1000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. - Please note that check in after 8 pm has an extra cost of 40 EUR - Please note that cleaning service is not available (short stays). Cleaning service is provided before arrival and after departure - For stays longer than 2 weeks (long stays) cleaning will be carried out fortnightly, which will be an additional cost to be paid at the time (70 euros per cleaning) - The house has no capacity for extra beds, so its maximum capacity will be 4 pax (including children). - A tourist tax of 1,20 EUR per person (during the low season from November to April) and 2,30 EUR per person will be additionally charged according to the legislation in force and approved by the Municipality of Mafra from 2019 onwards (during the high season from May to October), per night and which must be paid on the check-in date. This fee is charged to all guests aged 13 and over and is limited to a 7 night stay per person - According to the legislation in force in Portugal (and in other countries of the European Union) it is mandatory to communicate accommodation to the SEF – Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras, a way to allow the control of all foreign citizens in national territory, being mandatory this communication within 3 days of your arrival. Therefore, it will be necessary to obtain the following information from all foreign citizens (including children), Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Country of Residence, Document number (ID or passport) and country document issuer. We warn that without this information it will not be possible for us by law to accommodate any foreign guest.
