Ground Floor Garden Cottage, near Stonehenge

The previous comments about the comfort of the bed was one of the deciding factors in choosing this property and we were not disappointed! Both of us are tall and so having a king size bed instead of the standard double was a bonus. The cottage was extremely clean, well equipped and lots of natural light. The additional toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch, plenty of towels and a good sized shower. We hired a car for our trip and had no problem parking on street directly outside. Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral are a short drive away. We would definitely stay again.

More a suggestion than a criticism - we had to contact the owners on our second day as we couldn’t work out how to switch on the oven and Cyrille called down to show us. Maybe a note in the kitchen showing the buttons to press to turn it on would be good.

We rent this cottage for a stay after a wedding nearby and this place was great, nothing to point out at all.

Beautiful cottage! There was everything what I needed, very well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds, brilliant lights, glorious antique furniture. There is also perfect shower, you won't need to wait for hot water! Everything was just splendid!!

Nothing, I loved everything.

The quiet and the comfort. The cooking facilities and the extra touches that meant the host cared about the guest's experience.

No off-street parking and a two lane road meant I was concerned about my rental car getting scraped.
