Everything was great. You can't find fault with the accommodatin.

Every morning, including weekends, there was loud and leisurely construction work in the yard. This was not the owner's fault, of course, but it spoiled my sleep.

The best accommodation we had in Sicilia! A charming cactus house with a little terrace, all equipped, you feel like at home. Great location in Syracuse old city center. Very kind host. We highly recommend this place!

The private apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building in a great location just minutes away from the Temple of Apollo, the sea and the must see Ortiga street market. We walked everywhere from the property. The property itself was quiet, comfortable, clean and well equipped, we especially liked the small, private roof top terrace. Our communication with the property manager was very good. We enjoyed our stay here and can easily recommend it to anyone visiting Ortiga.

The square was so pretty where it was located, the decor was nice, bed comfy, lovely balcony and it was quiet. Mattia who met me was nice and very helpful.

The TV didn't work at all (the owner was helpful and tried to fix it) and the WiFi signal was really poor. I could sometimes get Internet if I stood right next to the router in the kitchen. There are 28 narrow steps to reach the apartment so bear that in mind.

< bad smell/ odor from the (shower) drain < WIFI weak and unstable. Maybe these are not primary responsibility of the host. But if it's known - it's still a chance to improve. The host answer (odor) was: "for unpleasant odors you simply have cover the drain.... it is not a problem that concerns the apartment but concerns the lines.... " !
