"would not return until inverters/solar lighting installed"

booked for 3 nights but we left the day after arrival as there was no contingency for load shedding arrived back at cottage in pitch dark and had to manage a very complex entry via 3 doors in the pitch dark

Great location and a short walk into Hermanus town centre. The cottage and facilities were great - really spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!

great space & location. very private. Excellent value for money.

Could do with an inverter for the Wifi so that when there’s load shedding we at least have access to the internet.

It felt like being home away from home... Its my only holiday spot for the past 2yrs..i look forward to much more

Could you kindly place a foot mat inside entrance of bk door area as in rainy weather or after using the pool.. So feet can dry of instead of wetting the floors inside..

"Good stay"

Location was good. Some lovely touches with amenities that were provided. Flat was clean and ample towels provided. Pool areas was nice.

Load shedding really hindered our experience as it went off at 8pm both nights. A UPS for wifi would be great so at least TV can be watched. The house is also very cold but lots of heaters were provided so not a massive train smash.

"The perfect place for a Hermanus holiday - we would definitely stay again."

The property is perfectly situated in an established part of Hermanus within walking distance to shops and restaurants, without being too close to town to be noisy. The cottage is well appointed with lovely spaces and a cosy outdoor eating, garden and swimming pool area. We had everything we needed. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable, even for a family of 5. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

perfect location and walking distance into Hermanus and all it has to offer . walking distance to a gym and a supermarket too .

nothing it was really very nice . it is a shame it doesn’t have a generator as the electricity was cut several times a day and so it forced us to eat out more than we had intended to.

good location in Hermanus… close to Main Street, restaurants and cliff top path rooms large and comfortable well equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, and dishwasher toiletries/hairdryer/tea/coffee all provided very secure triple gated entry to property so felt safe

on-street parking (don’t leave anything in your car! middle gate to get into property very tricky to open … not sure if there is a technique to opening it but we struggled each time scheduled power cuts happen which is annoying
