Very bright and light. Great location, friendly and helpful hosts.

The shower might be leaking? It was difficult to control the water.

The location is just perfect! Very short walking distance to town, shops, bars and restaurants.

Property itself was perfect. There could have been some extras typically expected such as mini shower gel and shampoo. There was also limited tea and coffee provided but this is extremely minor.

Excellent location - just a stone throw away from the main street of restaurants and shops. Also close the Marina. We loved Sorrento. Rosella was a fabulous host and we would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Spotless, light and comfortable. Our host was wonderful, met us outside the property, showed us around, was on hand on WhatsApp to answer questions and provide tips of where to eat. Their family owns a bar on the sea front and she rang ahead and they gave us a complimentary drink - really lovely touches that were the icing on the cake. Location is great - just off the main strip.

The location of the unit is wonderful. Just behind the building is Sorrento's main street and the pedestrian walkway; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station along cobble-stone-like sidewalks so not doable with wheeled luggage. During our stay, it was so easy to walk and wander around. Very safe. A great bakery is just a couple doors down from the building's entrance, and it opens bright and early for breakfast (6:30, I believe). There's a laundromat across the street where we did some laundry. The unit is fairly spacious though a bit dark. Rossella is super helpful and kind and lives on the same floor a few doors down. She left us with some of her mom's homemade Limoncello which was great. There was a bit of ground coffee provided and some sugar. The refrigerator is on the smaller side. Beds and sofabed were comfortable for our family of 5. The balcony is great with laundry lines attached though only a few clothespins. The windows are double-glazed and do a great job of blocking street noise once they're shut. The bathroom is on the larger side with a shower but no bathtub; there's no ventilation so we cracked open the small window to air out condensation. We had a nice stay, and it was great to just be able to walk out and be in the thick of Sorrento in about 20 seconds. The plaza/street directy in front of the unit is nice as it offers a place to stop and unload/load when arriving/leaving. Taxis are easy to hail as there is a taxi stand at the end of the building in front of the hospital. Grocery store is a short walk away. The TV in the living room is tiny, the one in the bedroom is larger. It's a comfortable apartment, and the air conditioning units work well. Hot water use needs to be planned out a bit, as in many buildings in Italy. Rossella did a great job decorating and making the unit feel cozy and welcoming!

The apartment is a couple floors up, a lot of stairs. Poor Rossella grabbed a couple of our bags before we could stop her and helped us bring them up. There is no elevator. There were no bath products/toiletries provided other than soap (no shower gel, shampoo, lotion, etc.), so make sure to bring some with you. A few more cups and plates would be helpful, too, along with a sponge for cleaning as there is no dishwasher. Laundry service means access to a self-service laundromat across the street. Rossella is kind and sweet and checks in often. These are just minor issues, and we would happily stay here again!
