Lovely 1BR with Private Heated pool at El-Gouna

It was very bad location at gouna then very bad furniture and the bed when try to use it we find broken and very bad smell at apartment and pool was not clean also when owner contacted with us ask to send money around pool is heated and we already booked because that ask as with many texts and calls to send transfer 500 Egyptian pound And I have screenshot of what’s app

The apartment looks cozy.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. According to the owner’s rules, we were required to call one hour before check-in to ensure the apartment would be cleaned. We called as instructed and were told someone would be sent to clean the place. We arrived at the agreed check-in time of 2:00 PM but were told to wait for 20 minutes while the cleaning was supposedly being done. After roaming around El Gouna for 30 minutes, we returned to find that the apartment hadn't even been cleaned yet! We waited another 15 minutes before the cleaners finally showed up, and it took them 30 minutes to clean. To make matters worse, we had to wait even longer for the laundry to deliver the bed sheets. We didn’t end up checking in until 4:00 PM – two hours later than planned, which was extremely inconvenient as we were in a rush to get ready for a wedding. Additionally, there was an issue with the door lock, which wouldn’t open or close properly with the key. This required another delay while someone came to fix it, further wasting our time when we should have been dressing and heading to our event. Overall, the entire process was frustrating, and the lack of organization and support from the property left us very dissatisfied. I do not recommend staying here if you want a smooth and stress-free experience.

The pool was great for the couple of hours the heater actually worked but I hoped it would work as promised even though I paid extra to have it heated during my stay but in fact it only worked for a few hours everyday then it would shut down .. The bedroom was nice but I couldn't sleep there with the family of rats

The place was infested with rats and they already knew about it and had mouse traps everywhere and they denied their knowledge of it when asked and when I saw the rats running around they came over and told me I was hallucinating even though I got pictures of them eating my food and jumping in my bag of clothes.. I would find a better host next time who cares about cleanliness
