Близость мечети, в 5 утра будит.

Mr. Saleem the owner is very good person with nice hospitality. It's a wonderful and beautiful stay for families . Very nice place .

Exceptional stay for three nights , rooms are very clean and hygienic even the washrooms are in impeccable condition. After visiting dozens of hotels finally found an example of perfect staycation . And Mr. Salim a wonderful host makes you feel home away from home . Will definitely visit again this property in Kashmir .

The hospitality of the staff and the toilet was clean

Morning time sometimes hot water does not come due to a power outage

The villa is very nice, and the room as well. The bathroom is clean. Salim uncle, the owner, is a really great host, he helped a lot with anything we needed, and Vishaal bhai as well.

Staying here in winter is quite hard. There was only a small heater in the room, which wasn't enough for the cold.

Great location. Nice to have our own villa. Good value.

The shower head was spraying water out of the side. Need some cutlery in the kitchen and a cloth to wipe surfaces.
